Software license terms

1. Free edition

You may install and use the unregistered edition free of charge, without time limit. Exporting formats other than WAV requires a license.

2. Licenses

• Personal: use by one person for home and non-commercial purposes.
• Business: use for office and commercial purposes, per user.
• Site License: unlimited Business use within one geographical location of the licensee.

3. Restrictions

• Do not share, publish or resell registration codes.
• Do not rent, sublicense or redistribute the software without written permission.
• Do not reverse engineer the software except where the law expressly permits it.

4. Upgrades

Licenses include one year of free upgrades. Afterwards you may keep using the version you have indefinitely.

5. Third-party components

The software uses third-party components, including FFmpeg, yt-dlp, Deno and RNNoise, under their own licenses. You are responsible for having the right to record, import and distribute the audio you process.

6. Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, NCMedia Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data. Keep backups of important recordings.
