Installation
- Download SoundEditorPro.exe and run it.
- Approve the Windows permission prompt.
- If Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is missing, Setup links you to Microsoft’s official download.
- Launch Sound Editor Pro from the Start menu.
Free and registered
The download is the full program. Without a code you can record, edit, restore, mix and save WAV files indefinitely. Entering a registration code unlocks MP3, FLAC, AAC/M4A, OGG, Opus and the other export formats in the same installation, with no reinstall.

Do I need to uninstall the old version first?
No. Run the new installer. Keep a copy of your registration details in case you are asked to enter them again.
